Returns
Damaged merchandise will have 7 days to be returned for an exchange or credit in-store. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit in-store. No Refund.
Several types of goods, like accessories are exempt from being returned.
To complete your guarantee, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You have the right to one guarantee claim per item.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Devoluciones
La mercancía dañada tendrá 7 días para ser devuelta para un cambio o crédito en la tienda. Si han pasado 7 días desde su compra, lamentablemente no podemos ofrecerle un cambio o crédito en la tienda. No hay reembolso.
